Wind Dancer fix, step by step

So like i said i would i will post the different steps i take to fix the wind dancer so you guys can see what it is that i do. The first step was simply to gut the class, taking away anything i didn't like or want on the class anymore. That can be seen here:

Some of the things i took away were proficiencies, class skills, and a few of the abilities it already had.

Next i redid the table and added proficiencies and class skills.

next i added and changed the ability descriptions to match the new table. I also altered the Cutting WInd ability.

lastly i added a few SLAs to fill out dead levels. i also realtered the cutting wind ability. and there you go, a finished class.

You may want to rewrite the description for dynamic strike. Right now it says the wind dancer gets only a single attack if they choose to use their dynamic strike bonus damage as a full round action.

well i'll just have to make it clear when we play that that is not the case
